IMRF Employer Cost & Participation Information
In 2019, the Illinois General Assembly passed Public Act 101-0504, which amends part of the Illinois Pension Code. The law requires the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) to maintain post certain employer cost and participation information on its website, and that that municipalities with a website post a link to this page. Public Notice: Police Juvenile Records Expungement
Public notice is hereby given regarding the automatic expungement of eligible juvenile law enforcement records, maintained by the West Dundee, Illinois Police Department, for activity/contact between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2015, based on criteria put forth in the Illinois Juvenile Court Act.
